Having a book club meetup or gaming night? Reserve the perfect space for your group! Some notes:

• Submit the form and we will review your request within one day and respond with either an approval and associated reservation fee, or details of any conflicts to work around. If approved, you will receive a link to pay your reservation fee. Your booking is not held until this fee is paid. Standard booking fees:

  • Small book club (up to 8 participants), 2 hour hold: $25

  • Large book club (over 8 participants), 2 hour hold: $30

  • Small gaming group (up to 8 participants), 4 hour hold: $40

  • Large gaming group (over 8 participants), 4 hour hold: $50

• Reservation fees will be returned in the form of bar credit to be used for your choice of beverages while you’re here (cocktails, mocktails, sodas, coffees, teas, etc.).

• No outside drinks are allowed, but we encourage outside food. There are loads of great local restaurants in the area (happy to make a recommendation!), or you can bring your own food from home.

• The smaller space is the room with the book wall, so if you’re looking for photo opps, that’s the room for you.

• If you require the full event space or want to book a party, community group gathering, or use the space for something other than book clubs or game groups, please fill out the inquiry form with details and we’ll work with you directly. Reservation fees will be determined based on your needs.

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a refund of the reservation fee. Short notice cancellations will not receive a fee refund.
